Altec Global Inc. is a professional immigration consulting and legal services based in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for a Client Intake Coordinator to join our team.


Job Duties:


  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case and background based on the firm's SOP
  • Identify client's needs and describe services that the firm offer
  • Collecting prospect's contact information and their background and record to CRM system
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet the criteria with the firm's consultants
  • Sending retainer agreements and followup with prospects and address their concern
  • Work with marketing department to collaborate on sales and parnership strategies to increase client intake's rate
  • Perform clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an immigration client intake coordinator 12 years is a must
  • Good understanding of client relationship management
  • Wellorganized
  • Good knowledge of immigration programs
  • Language: Fluent in both English AND Mandarin Chinese is a must, Cantonese and/or Vietnamese is an assest

Salary:
$38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- working in Immigration related background: 1 year (preferred)
Immigration Client Intake: 1 year (required)

  • Cantonese (preferred)
  • Vietnamese (preferred)
