On behalf of our client, a North America-wide provider of Healthcare administration services, we are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Dynamics 365 team.

This position will work with stakeholders to analyze and document business/technical requirements for enhancements, new features/functionality and fixes within the Dynamics F & O environment.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of the solutions.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to facilitate the adoption and usage of the solutions.
Monitor and maintain the health, security, and performance of the Dynamics 365 environment and related systems.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, system configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 solutions
Experience in using Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies and tools.
Strong experience in Testing/UAT – creating test cases and executing testing programs/UAT
