A Bus Person's accountabilities include:

Meticulous care in ensuring the restaurant is clean, tidy and organized, including careful attention to table alignment
Act as a liaison to the dishwashing team to ensure supply levels are maintained throughout the shift
Act as a liaison to the host team to ensure tables are set up for guest needs and are ready in time for reservations
Clearing and setting of tables to meet the highest standards of organization and cleanliness
Setup, takedown and continued cleanliness of the Busser station
Conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times
