BudSense allows retail operators to manage in-store merchandising channels such as digital signage, print menus and print cards from one easy-to-use system.


BudSense improves in-store customer experience and drives profitability by giving retailers the ability to promote specific products, move dead stock, and accurately communicate real-time inventory.

The Position - Customer Success Representative
Our customers are the heartbeat of BudSense. Without them we don't have anything.

A BudSense customer success representative takes our values and opportunity and creates meaningful customer experiences for our current and future customers.


As BudSense's Customer Success Representative you will require outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to technical details, rock solid writing skills, next level organization, and effective decision-making with an easy going personality.

Your role will be collaborative with operations, customer support, and most importantly our customers.

Where you start will not be where you finish. BudSense fosters an environment of growth. Your role, objectives, expectations, and goals will be in a state of change and improvement.


We'll Trust you to:


  • Create and maintain meaningful relationships with our customers
  • Onboard our 1 to 5 store operators
  • Check in with regularly with customers to ensure ongoing success
  • Lead our biweekly webinar
  • Create resources for customers in our knowledge base
  • Assist in maintaining our industry leading product database

Required Skills:


  • Technically savvy, comfortable with a variety of business SaaS tools with a strong appetite for continuous learning.
