Job Overview:
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with team members, with a mix of onroad an in office staff
- Manage onboarding and training schedule of new hires
- Manage onboarding and setup of new clients in the Finance and Production arm
- File and organize documents and records
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records, developing procedures, manage vacation / days off
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in team management and supervision
Salary:
$45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
