Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Communicate effectively with team members, with a mix of onroad an in office staff
  • Manage onboarding and training schedule of new hires
  • Manage onboarding and setup of new clients in the Finance and Production arm
  • File and organize documents and records
  • Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records, developing procedures, manage vacation / days off
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy

Experience:


  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in team management and supervision
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Salary:
$45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
