What we need


Reporting to the Senior Director, Regional Spa Operations, the
Executive Assistant's primary responsibility is to provide administrative and clerical support to both the Senior Director and Human Resources Business Partner.

This position requires a very high level of professionalism and an excellent sense of organization and accuracy to detail to ensure the smooth functioning of the spa's administrative office.

What you'll do

  • Ensures the organization of meetings, including booking space and coordinating schedules;
  • Prepare, send and distribute correspondence;
  • Take minutes of meetings and assist in the preparation of presentation reports;
  • Generate reports including compensation and financial data to support the management team;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements;
  • Perform other related tasks.

Profile needed

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position

  • Certificate in office or business administration; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
  • One (1) year experience in administrative support;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); adept at learning new technologies;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess good sense of organization, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor;
  • Positive attitude, good sense of initiative and thoroughness;
  • Good organization, work ethic and discretion;
  • Ability to adapt to changes and react quickly;
  • Experience working in the tourism or accommodation industry, an asset.

You will work on flexible 40-hour per week schedule (days, evenings, weekends).
