Your daily mission at Tri Canada is to receive deliveries, prepare and ship deliveries and complete all associated documentation.

You are proud of keeping an organized workspace and bring this trait to inventory management and cycle count tasks as well.

You are able to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.

You can be counted on to hold things together during tough times. You can handle stress and are not knocked off balance by the unexpected.


About the Role:


  • Load and ship items.
  • Confirm receipts against packing lists.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and yearend counts.
  • Communicates effectively with Purchasing to ensure that needed products are stocked and readily available.
  • Prepare paperwork for receiving.
  • Offload and inspect received items for damage.
  • Crossreference receiving with sales orders.
  • Pack/crate orders and prepare packing slips in preparation for shipping.
  • Call customers to arrange pick up.
  • Stock items received for inventory after labelling.
  • Clean the warehouse/shop areas.
  • Charge and maintain forklift.
  • Maintenance of daily inspection log for forklift
  • Brings forward ideas to make the warehouse, shipping and receiving process more efficient.
  • Safely operates a Company vehicle to provide product delivery and pick up from suppliers.
  • Provides customer service care and builds client and supplier relationships with every delivery or pick up transaction.
  • After a suitable training period, the shipper will be able to fabricate sanitary hose assemblies according to order specifications.
  • After a suitable training period, the shipper will ensure that all sanitary hose assemblies are fabricated according to the strict requirements of Tri-Canada's Quality Control Manual, as provided by the TSSA.

Required Experience:


  • 25 years of shipping and receiving experience.
  • Experience and understanding of WHMIS, WCB, First Aid, valid forklift ticket, material handling, and housekeeping
