Sarah Carr Psychological Services requires its psychologists to:
- Have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling, Counselling Psychology
- Be registered with the PEI Psychologist Registration Board or, if not currently registered on PEI, be eligible for registration with the PEIPRB
- Provide proof of and maintain uptodate registration and liability insurance (paid by employer after one year of fulltime employment)
- Adhere to and practice according to ethical guidelines provided by their regulatory body
- Practice with an evidencebased treatment model, including the consistent use of outcome measures
- Conduct assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Demonstrate cultural competency and a nonjudgemental approach
- Offer inperson and/or online services
- Learn and use electronic records system (training provided, if needed)
