Sarah Carr Psychological Services requires its psychologists to:

  • Have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling, Counselling Psychology
  • Be registered with the PEI Psychologist Registration Board or, if not currently registered on PEI, be eligible for registration with the PEIPRB
  • Provide proof of and maintain uptodate registration and liability insurance (paid by employer after one year of fulltime employment)
  • Adhere to and practice according to ethical guidelines provided by their regulatory body
  • Practice with an evidencebased treatment model, including the consistent use of outcome measures
  • Conduct assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Demonstrate cultural competency and a nonjudgemental approach
  • Offer inperson and/or online services
  • Learn and use electronic records system (training provided, if needed)

From $126.00 per hour
