Contact Centre Administrator


Role and Responsibilities

  • Respond to and process requests through our various sales channels _
    (A-Z Claims)_
  • Processing exchanges, returns and refund requests _
    (Repicks, Chargebacks & RAs)_
  • Ensuring the accuracy of Customer orders and shipping information _
    (Address Verifications)_
  • Responding to Customer feedback
  • Coordinate training for staff
  • Contributing to the achievement of company and department KPIs by assisting with monitoring the inbound volume and processing time of requests received through AutoShack's various sales channels
  • Provide general administrative and office support to the Contact Center Manager and Contact Center Operations Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer service is required.
  • Experience in a Contact Center environment is preferred
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite, internet and job specific programs
  • Knowledge of customer service delivery mechanisms, practices and strategies to resolving customer related complaints
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must have strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred but not required

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:


  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Administrative: 2 years (required)
