Working from our office in Oakville, we're looking for a Creative and Gutsy
Social &
Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

This position will offer exposure to all areas of our company and a variety of brands and products we work with on a daily basis.

You need a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, you have to be innovative, you have to be OK with breaking the mould, and you have to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution with pride.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
• Develop campaign strategies based on business goals and implement Google Ads campaigns and social campaigns on various social platforms
• Develop and execute click funnel strategies for lead generation.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs.
• Identify insights and trends on live digital campaigns and optimize spend or strategies to assure desired outcome is achieved.
• Design customized analytics reports/dashboards social/digital campaigns and provide to stakeholders as requested.
• Set up tracking elements/functions for websites, campaigns, and social platforms
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages that optimize user experience
• Conduct regular keyword research and generate reports for content creation on website and social media
• Assist with client account management, and website management as/when needed.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social & Digital Media Specialist.
• Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail with an impeccable work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
• Have a
  F#k It fearless attitude while you devlop solutions to our client's brands that show our creative and gutsy ethos.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite or other programs for social media campaign design, planning and posting purposes.
• Proficient/expert with social media platforms (Meta, Google, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and all Microsoft Office products.
• Flawless written and oral communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic reach.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience in developing solutions and strategies to meet clients' brand objectives based on social/digital media insight and data.
• Proficient in audience identification, segmentation and targeting in different platforms like Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certified
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Pay:
$44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
