Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager is an integral part of the team here at Freedom Concepts.

They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including the tactical execution of content creation, design, and digital marketing.

They have a passion for creative design and contribute to a team environment that promotes good communication and efficiency. Management, training, and regular collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator is essential.

The Marketing Manager is part of the Freedom Concepts Leadership Team and participates in / supports strategic planning and corporate initiatives.

This is a challenging role that requires a high attention to detail, collaborating with peers, and a desire to drive engagement / brand awareness and new product development.

General Job Functions:

Embody a teamfirst approach to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Develop the annual Marketing Plan and work with the Finance Dept. to set the budget
Design for a wide spectrum of products and media including websites, advertisements, displays, corporate communications, as well as internal support documents
Maintain the frequency of posts on all Freedom Concepts' social media platforms and implement strategies / tactics to grow the overall reach
Manage and coordinate all Tradeshowrelated items including: registration, travel arrangements, booth design and layout, literature and promo requirements, freight shipments, and more with opportunity to attend tradeshows accross North America
Work with the Marketing Coordinator in coordinating, scheduling, shooting, and editing all photo and video shoots
Support the Sales and Customer Service teams by creating and maintaining tools / documents for customer use
Focus on content creation and produce a monthly Newsletter with fresh and relevant information
Participate in weekly meetings with the rest of the Leadership team at Freedom Concepts
Attend local events and organize internal staff culture events
Collaborate with external partners and / or marketing firms on specific projects and initiatives
Regularly maintain and update multiple WordPress websites
Help with the sourcing and production of items such as custom Decal Packages and Embroidery on special customer orders
Lead and manage alongside the Engineering team, multiple NPD projects across their various stages
Hold a weekly departmental meeting with the Marketing Assistant to align priorities and determine the direction for the week
