    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Instructor to deliver crisis prevention and intervention training programs. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and teach instructional content that aligns with module objectives.

    About the Role

    • The successful candidate will facilitate demonstrations, simulations, and hands-on skill-building activities related to crisis response and de-escalation techniques.
    • Evaluating student performance fairly and consistently through assessments, observation, and timely feedback is essential for this position.

    Candidate Profile


    The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in human services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology). A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in NVCI or crisis intervention certification or 10+ years of experience in the field is required. Additionally,
    demonstrated industry expertise supported by professional references is necessary for success.
