Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Tracking and Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals.
Track asset locations, ownership, and status changes throughout the asset lifecycle.
Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Procurement and Deployment:

Assist in the procurement process for IT assets, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
Coordinate the deployment of new hardware and software, ensuring proper configuration and installation.
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of IT assets.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to IT asset management.
Maintain uptodate documentation of asset management processes and procedures.
Generate reports on asset status, inventory levels, and compliance metrics for management review.

Support and Maintenance:

Provide support for assetrelated issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs or replacements.
Assist with the retirement and disposal of IT assets in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for improving asset management practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with internal departments to understand their IT asset needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers to manage asset procurement and support.

Pay:
$65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
