As a Solar Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts by engaging with potential customers via a door-to-door approach, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar power.

Responsibilities:

Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to homeowners within designated territories.
Educate potential customers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy.
Assess each homeowner's energy needs and provide customized solar solutions.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate on industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Motivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking doortodoor in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
