- Be part of an Agile Scrum team and participate in the different ceremonies.
- Understand current development team's development lifecycle, system architecture and systemic issues that could affect the quality of our products.
- Apply and promote our testing best practices into our applications' development lifecycle and contribute to their improvement.
- Contribute to the writing of the Test Strategies and Test Plans.
- Contribute to and supervise manual/automated test cases design, writing and execution (Functional, Non-Functional, and regression testing for APIs).
- Identify defects and validate their fixes.
- Identify, measure, and monitor quality metrics of products you contribute to and propose ways of improving these metrics.
- Improve the automation framework design and increase its adoption.
- Stay up to date with the latest software quality assurance's trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering or equivalent
- 5 years or more of experience in software development, including 3 years in test automation inside an Agile Scrum team.
- Experience with Cucumber, Selenium library, and Rest API.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) environments, particularly using Github Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in test strategy and test plan documentation.
- Experience in different test type and techniques, including non-functional tests like performance, security, accessibility, etc.
- Advanced and up-to-date knowledge of test automation software in the context of continuous integration.
- Experience in implementation, and programming of automated tests in companies.
- Asset : Experience with other automation tools (Cypress, etc.).
