Here is what you will be doing each day:

As Night Agent, you will:

Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data.
Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer. Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts, maintain files and reset the system for the next day's operations.
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay. Schedule guest wakeup calls and reservations for the following day.
Provide concierge services for guests.
Other duties as assigned

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
Must be available to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Salary:
$17.93-$23.90 per hour
