We are hiring a new team member to work in the
Edmonton Office starting in Spring 2023
Blue Grass is committed to excellence. We pride ourselves on supplying the highest quality landscaping and horticultural materials.

We are seeking a new team member who is passionate about general business, business operations, sales, customer service and landscaping/horticulture.

Responsibilities:

Processing payments accurately and efficiently
Efficiently handling phone calls
Provide superior customer service
Take orders and accurately enter delivery information
Working with dispatcher to ensure deliveries and logistics are efficiently met
Maximizing sales by offering complimentary products at time of sale

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Strong business acumen
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Problem solving skills
An interest in gardening and landscaping
Proficient with technology (outlook, excel, point of sale systems, etc.)

Contract length: 4-6 months

Job Types:

Salary:
$15.00-$20.00 per hour
