Job Summary
What is the opportunity?
As a Competitive Hire Consultant, you will guide and coach Competitive Hire teams to deliver a seamless transition and customized experience.
You will be the 'go-to' person that supports the teams by conducting regular check-ins, providing timely solutions and ensuring the team is set up for future success.
What will you do?
- Develop an understanding of Investment Advisors (IA) business and technology objectives
- Analyze IA team objectives, assess potential options and present insightful recommendations
- Engage in Application training and coaching for IA teams and provide checkins to ensure recommendations are understood and accomplished with a high degree of success
- Provide superior client experience and build positive relationships with IA teams and Branches
- Develop skills through training courses, selflearning, and daily interaction with IA teams
- Facilitate training and connect Competitive Hire teams with Subject Matter Experts
- Continuously improve & streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Senior Application Consultant team
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
- High level of time management and organization skill
Nice to have
- Canadian Securities Course and/or Wealth Management Essentials
- Previous Coaching experience
- Previous Leadership experience
