Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
• Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment using over head cranes
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment such overhead cranes, hand tools, etc.
• Basic math skills for measuring and Double checking dimensions
• Familiarity with logic controllers and programming is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay:
$25.00-$32.00 per hour
