As an
Account Development Manager, you will maintain an existing customer base with a large focus on new account development for the South Shore area of Montreal, Boucherville, and surrounding areas.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the sales goals of your territory.
Ensure the growth and development of your territory.
Maintain the market (visits to clients and construction sites).
Prospect to find new customers.
Negotiate prices and discounts.
Make technical recommendations.
Ensure that a high level of technical knowledge of the products is maintained.

Qualifications

College diploma with a focus on administration, however, relevant experience can compensate for the lack of desired training.
Knowledge in the field of painting.
Fluency in French; English is an asset.
Minimum experience of 2 years, ideally in the representation of technical products or concerning the field of painting or construction contractors.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.
Organizational skills and a good sense of autonomy.
Strong sense of leadership, creativity, initiative and a strong ability to work in a team.
