Description

One of our exciting Digital SaaS start-ups (Digital Health), now revenue producing, requires an experienced, growth-oriented CEO to lead this next phase.

With a sophisticated digital operating platform and a strong leadership team in place, a focus on business development will support a 10x revenue growth strategy over the next few years.


The new CEO will be highly relational, recognizes the value in being face to face with prospects throughout North America and knows how to make complex proposals to large scale corporate clients.

We expect our leadership to desire equity as part of their compensation.


You have the proven ability to:

  • Articulate the vision of the company and innovative services offered
  • Develop practical, implementable, and profitable strategies
  • Be a recognized thought leader known as the best in your field
  • Capably lead the high calibre founding team and build organizational depth and credibility
  • Execute product and market strategies through appropriate channels
  • Take ownership of outcomes and KPI's
  • Drive a company culture of integrity, trust, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Raise funds from investors
  • Oversee development roadmaps taking products from ideation to commercialization with a bestinclass user experience
  • Lead highperforming teams

  • Establish credibility through reference customers and partners

What you've done

  • 5 years or more leading and scaling high growth SaaS startup(s)
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience
  • P&L responsibilities at CEO level
  • Built high performing teams from the ground up
  • Managed the development of awardwinning digital products and solutions
  • Meaningful involvement in relevant industry
  • Effectively reported to a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial experience in both B2B and direct to consumer environment
This full-time role requires proficiency in English with remuneration and performance incentives to be commensurate with experience.

Most of our team members work remotely.
