What we are hiring for:
We are currently hiring a contract full-time Manager of Social Enterprise for our Petrolia Enterprises program in Petrolia, Ontario.
The Manager of Social Enterprises is responsible for the operations of Social Enterprises and meeting financial objectives for each business; they are responsible for the supervision, coordination and effective scheduling of workers to meet production targets, provide services and ensure quality. The Manager of Social Enterprises utilizes a business perspective to adapt to marketplace dynamics and create strategies that will ensure profitability and reflect the current needs of the community.
What you will need:
- 2 or 3-year post-secondary education in Business
- 4 years of management experience in the business field
- Knowledge of retail/manufacturing business strategies and current marketing trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to be solution-oriented, adaptable and resilient
- Basic to intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite and digital marketing resources
- Post-graduate education or training related to Leadership an asset
Compensation and scheduling:
- $ $38.57 per hour based on experience
- Regular Full-time 40 hours per week including days, afternoons, weekends or nights
