Responsibilities:
- Drafting and revising contracts and agreements.
- Filing, retrieving, and distributing documents and records.
- Keeping accurate records of activities and events.
- Researching legal matters.
- Reviewing and summarizing legal documents.
- Supporting multiple lawyers with their corporate/commercial law practices

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
