    Ce que seront tes défis :

    En tant que responsable de l'administration des commandes , vous serez en charge de:

    • Traiter et administrer les commandes clients dans le système SAP, en assurant l'exactitude des informations et le respect des délais;
    • Vérifier la disponibilité des stocks et effectuer des suivis d'inventaire;
    • Créer les bons de commande et générer les documents requis (étiquettes, factures commerciales, documents d'expédition, etc.);
    • Assurer le respect des procédures internes et des exigences clients;
    • Communiquer avec les transporteurs, les clients et les équipes internes pour la planification des expéditions;
    • Traiter les réclamations clients, analyser les écarts et documenter les dossiers; et
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des ventes, de l'inventaire et des entrepôts (Canada et États-Unis).

    Ce que nous recherchons :

    • Must-Have: Avoir d'excellentes connaissances en gestion des commandes avec SAP
    • Must-Have: Avoir d'excellentes connaissances de MS Office particulièrement Excel, Word et Outlook
    • Must-Have: Etre Bilingue (Francais/ Anglais) pour communication avec les Etats-Unis
    • Connaissance du domaine du transport, Logistique
    • Etre une personne minutieuse, méthodique et attentive aux détails
    • Savoir apprécier le travail en équipe et etre capable de travailler en toute autonomie
    • Avoir une excellente capacité d'organisation et de planification
    • Avoir le sens des priorités, aimer travailler dans un environnement dynamique
