Responsibilities

The Provincial Designated Managing Broker will be responsible for the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations at the provincial level Supporting our agents in the delivery of exceptional real estate brokerage service to their clients this position will be accountable for all operational elements necessary to comply with individual provincial license law association membership and MLS participation along with transaction review process compliance training and risk management program this person will have an exceptional track record as supervising broker manager medium large firm understanding or real estate brokerage province aptitude leading inspiring teams collaborative approach boundless work ethic They must people-person but also possess ability implement systems processes As key participant on province leadership team he ensures that delivers exceptional support agents representation client customer Acts capacity Designated Provincial Managing BrokerBroker Record Conducts training enhance agent knowledge understanding contract risk management licensing federal provincial law This job includes any EXPI entity your area may assigned
