Propel Sandoz to the 1st place on the podium top spot by playing an expert role in the Demand Planning group.

As a member of the Supply Chain, this role is essential to ensure Accuracy of forecasts, in addition to identifying new processes to develop or current ones to optimize in order to meet changing market needs.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the efficiency of key processes & ensure compliance with the demand cycle
  • Manage the Sales Forecast Accuracy of a portfolio
  • Interact with the Supply Chain, Commercial Groups to understand the various unforeseen factors of the demand
  • Participate in Financial year planning activities
  • Contribute to highlighting sales vs. forecast or budget discrepancies & identify the causes
  • Support the Demand Planning Team to identify complex deviations or implement strategies
  • Coordinate reporting activities on forecast performance & trends
  • Coordinate the preparation of more strategic presentations with the Team (S&OP)
  • Identify/propose/participate in the development of tools to support the Team
  • Develop and implement nonstandard ad hoc analyzes
  • Provide support to Demand Analysts on problem solving/coaching
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the BIR process (request for increase in demand)
  • Participate from a Supply point of view in the various tender (RFP) activities

Minimum Requirements

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor of Administration, supply chain profile
  • 58 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in demand management
  • Autonomy
  • Decisionmaking capacity
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Mastery of the use of SAP, APO & an asset
  • Resultsoriented and good ability to manage time
  • Bilingualism: English and French spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously,
  • Excellent leadership skills and good team spirit
