Position Available: Site Coordinator
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all processes, production, and related activities from start to finish. We're seeking someone with great mechanical aptitude, a hands-on management style, and strong organizational skills. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity across all aspects of plant operations.

What You Bring to the Table:
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent post-secondary education is required. We are looking for someone with a robust management background paired with relevant education. Familiarity with or a keen interest in the building material industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential, with a willingness to learn new software as needed. Overall, the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, great leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.
