A Project Manager supervises and has budgetary authority for civil engineering land development projects. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.A Project Manager is the principal project administrator and communications link between the firm and client, sub-consultants, local provincial federal regulatory agencies public authorities general construction contractor.
