Role Description:

As the General Manager at TownePlace Suites in Petawawa, you will drive our mission to deliver exceptional hospitality to both guests and employees.

Your leadership will encompass recruitment, training, and daily motivation of a strong team. We seek a hands-on leader who prioritizes revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction. In return, we offer a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Management & Leadership: Proven track record in leading hotels with a focus on sales and marketing to achieve optimal rates and occupancy.

Maintenance & Upkeep: Oversee timely maintenance of the hotel, upholding cleanliness and property standards, including preventive maintenance.

Property Management Systems: Proficient in using computerized systems to manage the hotel's operations.
