Fix Ultimate Member Password Reset Error, Logging in issues

Job summary
We use Ultimate Member plugin on our WordPress site. Users can request password reset and receive the email, but when they click the link and enter a new password, they get a red error box saying "user_password" and the password doesn't change.We also have LiteSpeed Cache and Google reCAPTCHA (the corner icon), which may conflict.
- Create Password Reset form in Ultimate Member → Forms with: New Password field (meta key: password or pass1)
- Confirm Password field (matching the first)
- Assign to Settings → General → Pages → Password Reset (page: /password-reset/)
