Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team.

This is a permanent,
FULL-TIME position with the potential for career growth for a hard-working individual with a great attitude.

We offer a competitive hourly rate; paid lunch breaks; company vehicle transport from shop to site; winter employment; company events and a fun, working environment.

Here is what you would be doing

Lead a crew in all things landscaping including grass cutting and garden maintenance.
Lead by example and work WITH the team to ensure the job is complete.
Maintain a daily routine schedule and adapt to changes last minute and when needed.
Meet deadlines.
Ensure you and the team members follow safety protocols.
Ensure you and the team members complete tasks efficiently and correctly.
Take care of the equipment and report any issues to your manager.
Drive Truck and Trailer daily.
Load and properly tie down equipment to be transported to the jobsite.
Heavy lifting.
Positive and Professional attitude with clients.
Submit paperwork and documentation (electronically and/or manually) promptly at the end of each shift.

Minimum 1+ years of landscaping experience preferably in a leadership role.
You have a great attitude and are a team player.

You have exception time management skills.
You know how to keep a jobsite clean and safe.

You can use your smartphone to submit reports.
You are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
You can legally drive in Ontario (valid G drivers' license) and are willing to upgrade your license.
