Overview


We are looking for an Operations Administrative Support person to join our dynamic team for the Edmonton Campus full time Monday to Friday.


Duties and Responsibilities

Edmonton Campus Receptionist

  • Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member
  • Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
  • Greet visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform reception open and closing duties

Office Administration

  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries for distributionPrepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and packages
  • Perform scanning and print jobs as required
  • Print and distribute student records, including diplomas and transcripts
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff

Operations Team

  • File management: create folders, follow filenaming structures, track documents/submissions.
  • Maintain and update tracking sheets (attention to detail).
  • Send routine communications to instructors.
  • Pull data and represent it visually.
  • Administer student surveys.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous office and customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and written communications skills required
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment such computer, multiple line switchboard, fax, photocopier and scanner
  • Extremely organized team player with attention to detail
