About the Project & What We NeedWe are launching a new Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) wellness brand in Belgium called HOLT Superblends. We create high-quality, adaptogen-enriched superfood latte blends designed to replace the afternoon coffee.
Our hero product, HOLT Focus Matcha, solves the notorious 3 PM energy crash by offering clean, jitter-free energy (using Matcha, Lion's Mane, and L-Theanine) without disrupting sleep.
Our core positioning is:
The 3 PM Upgrade.
We need an exceptional designer to build our visual identity from the ground up.
The design challenge is to bridge two contrasting worlds:
the warmth, indulgence, and coziness of a premium coffee shop break, combined with the clean, reliable efficacy of a high-end supplement.
It needs to feel modern, bold, and aspirational—avoiding the overly clinical or "hippie/alternative" aesthetics common in the adaptogen space.Clear Expectations & Deliverables
We are launching with 1 killer SKU initially
Your deliverables will be:
Logo Design:
Primary logo, secondary logo, and a favicon/monogram.
Brand Identity:
A streamlined brand guideline document including color palette, typography, and visual tone/mood board.
Packaging Design (1 SKU): Complete label/pouch design for "HOLT Focus Matcha" (Instant powder, just add warm water). The packaging must subtly communicate speed, convenience, and premium quality.
Skills Required for the Work
Strong portfolio featuring premium Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food & beverage, or modern wellness brands.
Deep understanding of how to balance lifestyle aesthetics with functional product communication.
Experience designing for D2C/E-commerce brands (packaging needs to look great on a Shopify store and during the physical unboxing).
Technical proficiency:
Ability to deliver print-ready files (AI/PDF with bleeds) and work within standard dieline constraints.
