SALES REPRESENTATIVE - KITCHEN SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Kitchen Specialist) for our Kent location at - 19 Eustane St, Summerside

For this position you will receive a base salary plus bonuses following a probationary period.

Base salary:
$37,842 + Commission

What you will do:

Lead a team of sales associates and project coordinators in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
Effectively manage quotes, followups and install processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
Leadership and HR functions recruitment, performance management, career development, employee engagement and leading meetings.
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Liaise with contractors/installers on various projects.
Build new business relationships with customers that will result in repeat business
Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the installed sale team
Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
Stay updated about latest products trends and market conditions
Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service

Understanding of the importance of customerfocus in attaining business goals.
A combination of business training and customer service experience is preferred.
A strong foundation in Management, sales, and customer service
Ability to solve problems and can work with mínimal supervision
Excellent communication and team player
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and sales objectives
Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
Ability to travel to customer sites, a valid driver's license is required
A knowledge of building materials, and the construction process would be considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English)
