Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria Branch for an
Estimator to provide support to the Chief Estimator / Estimating Manager team with all pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.
The salary range for this position ranges from $77, ,633 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
- Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent
- Construction Related Technology Certificate Diploma is required
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating, and/or related field
- Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents
- Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Must be selfmotivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged
- Strong analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately
