    Description

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the administration of user accounts, roles, and permissions in IAM systems.
    • Support the onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of access.
    • Assist in conducting access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Help troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end users as needed.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Assist in the integration of IAM systems with other IT systems and applications.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM, and assist in evaluating new tools and solutions.
    • Provide assistance and guidance to IT staff and end users on IAM best practices and procedures.

    Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as IT security, identity management, or system administration.
    • Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with IAM systems and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IAM, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
