The Content Manager, People Development is passionate about the Hatch learning environment.

In this role, you will help champion the learning technology infrastructure and provide guidance on learning technology as we strive to develop innovative learning solutions.

In this vital role, you will interact with stakeholders and their teams to implement and support the day-to-day operations of the learning systems team.


  • Manage the intake processes and daily operations of our Hatch award winning Learning system and tools (e.g., LMS, virtual classroom, authoring tools, etc.) which includes assigning projects, educating content owners on system capabilities, defining overarching setup guidelines and processes to globally drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with the SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to manage the daily operational activities and ongoing maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module through our regional LMS administration team
  • Review technical requirements for learning solutions to provide direction on setup in learning platforms to ensure successful deployment and reporting
  • Partner closely with key business stakeholders to assess and collaboratively develop solutions that address overall learning system needs and align on priorities for change
  • Be passionate about creating a highquality, seamless user experience across our learning ecosystem that drives effective adoption
  • Produce high quality instructional resources to support various business units who design training and require training reports
  • Assist business stakeholders in achieving a sustained, error free technology environment, by proactively identifying risks and working with technology partners to develop and implement risk mitigation plans to reestablish stability
  • Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting and resolving errors to meet our agreed upon service level agreements
  • Provide expertise and industry trends and best practices supporting the design and development of digital learning solutions (e.g., videos, elearning, infographics, podcasts, etc.)
  • Provide expertise on training metrics to evaluate the efficacy of our learning solutions and inform design
  • Research and manage relationships with external learning content vendors, monitor their effectiveness and utilization
  • Research innovation and best practices in L&D and serve as a resource to the business for alternative strategies and tactics
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement and collaboration to meet business needs, simplify work, improve the experience for our employees
  • Build hightrust relationships with employees in People Development, HR, Operations, and the various business units we support
  • Support various projects related to learning and development as required

You bring to the role:


  • 5+ years' experience with HR/Learning technologies such as learning management systems (LMS), online ticketing systems, virtual collaboration tools and digital learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
  • 23 years' experience leading others and providing performance management, coaching and professional development
  • Deep expertise with learning technologies and analytics
  • Informed opinions on technology architecture and system process design
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
