Description

Assist in supervision of all operations team and facility functions.

Support and assist in event monitoring and management including, moving equipment, directing service partners, cleaning or restocking for waste management needs of office areas, event spaces and washroom facilities.

Support Operations manager with scheduling and team management.
Direct and support team members during event set up and tear down.
Address health and safety issues by identifying potential hazards on the interior and exterior of the venue.
May require work to be performed at traditional or nontraditional work hours including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
Other duties may be identified and required as per venue operation on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

Experience leading and supporting team.
Working knowledge of events and facilities an asset but not required.
Proficiency with the use of computer hardware
Proficiency with computer software and programs, including the Internet and Microsoft Office
Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus.

Salary:
$18.00-$26.00 per hour
