Job summary

We are seeking a new administrator who can support our current and future operations with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities



  • Perform daily orders and invoicing responsibilities.

  • Record and apply payments to outstanding invoices.

  • Track accounts receivable and work with customers to ensure invoices are paid.

  • Prepare monthly and/or daily reporting of accounts receivables.

  • Data entry including entering new products, equipment and customer accounts into our system.
