Full-Time Sales Representative - Sleep Clinic

Inspire Sleep is a comprehensive sleep, health, and wellness office. We relentlessly focus on improving people's lives and believe in doing what is best for our clients. We believe our staff is the strength of our business. Our primary focus is helping our clients improve their quality of sleep through the treatment of their sleep disorders. Our staff and consultants consist of medical professionals ranging from registered respiratory therapists, sleep technicians, and board-certified sleep physicians. Additionally, we work closely with both private and public sleep labs ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify and meet with relevant family physicians and specialists in specific areas.
• Educate physicians about the company and services provided. Organize lunch and learns as required.
• Communicate company messages effectively and professionally to obtain referrals.
• Maintain sales reports of your daily activities.
• Assist in developing marketing material and strategies.
• Communicate with other members of the care team to ensure we are executing our company message.
• When necessary, help in other areas of the department or other departments within the same scope of work.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• College diploma or University degree with a marketing focus.
• Minimum 2 years' sales or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage a fastpaced environment.
• Superior customer service skills; ability to solve practical problems and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Actionoriented, team player with an ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Good knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP therapy is an asset.
• Possess
• A valid driver's license
• Selfmotivated, and organized
• Demonstrated commitment to high levels of quality and customer service.
• Good command of English.
• Punjabi would be an asset.
• Valid drivers license.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$36,000.00-$150,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Pharmaceutical Sales: 1 year (preferred)
