It is all about taking projects and complex health care strategies to the finish line with your team.

The Manager is inspired to work with a range of partners to move project mountains and has great compassion for the complexities of health care.

What problems are we trying to fix? How do we do better? What are we missing? Who needs to be around the table with us to fix this problem? What has changed that we need to adapt to? What is in our authority for change? What is not?

These are comfortable questions for you, that you will ask daily.
