MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE Responsible for the direct supervision of Stock Supervisor, stock team and cashier team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONS - Collaborates with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management - Works with stock supervisor to ensure that all management and operations are run smoothly and effectively meeting store goals - Directly trains stock supervisor to assist in the training of the sales staff in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenance - Understands and properly execute all management register functions - Manages all areas of stock and shipping/receiving policy and procedures - Partners with store manager to directly impact inventory control MERCHANDISING/ VISUAL - Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked and reflects the correct visual image at all times - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/ visual directives - Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner - Identify product concerns in a timely manner - Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal CUSTOMER SERVICE - Support and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer service - Resolve all client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction HUMAN RESOURCES - Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand image at all times - Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance - Support and assist stock supervisor with follow-up for all training programs and seminars WORK EXPERIENCE At least 2 years retail or supply chain management experience.
