Duties:


As a key member of the Recruitment team, the Regional Manager, International Recruitment is responsible for achieving annual strategic objectives for St.

Lawrence College.

Working with the Associate Director, Recruitment, the Regional Manager will be the primary contact for international activity in identified sectors and will conduct and oversea recruitment activity business development, key account, and agent management.


Responsibilities include seeking and securing new opportunities to expand the College's international outreach, managing all international activities and recruitment within identified regions, key account management of Canadian government offices, appropriate embassies, travel, and tourism industries and other private sector companies or agents.


Qualifications:


Education and Experience:

A minimum of a 3-Year diploma/degree in Marketing or a Business field.


A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, cross-cultural communications, college admissions, international student recruitment, project management, financial management, budget forecasting and management.

Experience with CRM platforms. Experience in International Enrollment Management and Customer Journey Mapping. Experience with presenting, proposal writing, creative problem solving, and conflict resolution.


Other Required Qualifications:


  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
  • Ability to negotiate with international partners and clients
  • Crosscultural communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages is a definite asset
  • Ability to manage relationships with independent contractors and partners
  • Ability to conduct research to collect data to make informed recruitment decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure materials are effective and reflect the quality standards of the college and the needs of the geographic area

Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:


The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location or work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college's Telework Policy.

Incumbent may be required to sit at a desk working on a computer for a considerable amount of time. Incumbent may be required to lift a moderate amount of the time such as lifting and/or carrying heavy luggage/materials.


Salary & Terms:

Admin Group:Pay Band 10: $77,520 - $96,900 per annum, commensurate on education and experience. In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for pay for performance.
