DynaIndustrial is a custom fabrication / welding & machining facility that produces custom productsfor a global customer base. DynaIndustrial specializes in industrial equipment for the oil, mining and steel manufacturing industries to mention a few. There is an immediate opening for a Machine Shop Foreman at our Saskatoon location. The Machine Shop inconsists of roughly 10 Machinists and 3 Millwrights with plans for growth. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

This individual will ensure that production efficiencies are maximized through the effective use of the equipment and personnel and the organized way they execute the priorities within the schedule.

They will have strong leadership qualities and be capable of motivating and retaining skilled trade's people.

The Foreman will assist and lead shop staff in setups and processes, coordinate incoming work, managing safety,monitoring purchases, coordinate and order coatings and outside vendor inspections and manage the flow of materials around the shop.

They will work directly with Production, the Operations Manager, Project Coordinator's and the Quality Control Manager to provide the customer what they need, in the time that they need it and with the quality results that they expect.
