Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Analyst on a permanent basis on our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and will be based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

Identify and propose recommendations for operational efficiencies, including improvements and continuous enhancement of current practices, system adoption, and full utilization of systems and tools.
Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including preparation, analysis, and coordination with peers.
Propose updates and improvements to accounting policies, considering their impact on financial statements and users, while researching best practices and operational processes.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and:

Have 3-6 years relevant experience in accounting systems and the Microsoft suite of products.
Have a Bachelor of Commerce/Business with an Accounting major (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
A CPA would be considered an asset.
