Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Accounting Analyst on a permanent basis on our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and will be based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:


  • Identify and propose recommendations for operational efficiencies, including improvements and continuous enhancement of current practices, system adoption, and full utilization of systems and tools.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including preparation, analysis, and coordination with peers.
  • Propose updates and improvements to accounting policies, considering their impact on financial statements and users, while researching best practices and operational processes.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and:

  • Have 3-6 years relevant experience in accounting systems and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Have a Bachelor of Commerce/Business with an Accounting major (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • A CPA would be considered an asset.
