The Head Cook Trainee is responsible for managing kitchen production staff, supervising team performance, executing disciplinary actions, and providing specialty training. They must monitor production efficiency, evaluate productivity levels, prepare food according to orders received

perform quality checks and wastage control,
manage product quality.
