Client Finance Analyst (Billing)

Position Overview:


This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced and dynamic Finance team, supported by the infrastructure of a successful company.

You must be detail oriented and organized, able to handle multiple tasks at once, bring a positive attitude, and have excellent client service skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the media billing by tracking, reconciling and analyzing revenues, and identifying related direct costs
  • Field internal teams & client inquiries
  • Assist in the research of discrepant invoices and provide support to collection efforts
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge as it relates to accounting and billing automation
  • Assist in the reconciliation of all Media Payable accruals on open invoices
  • Researching and resolution of any vendor invoice discrepancies
  • Perform margin analysis on campaign activities
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the media payables process
  • Perform ad hoc projects or assignments as required.

Essential Qualifications:


  • College or university degree will be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise clientready documents
  • Proven ability to work within fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Mediaocean/DDS or similar systems will be an asset.
