What you will do:


  • Act as a First Officer on the Challenger 605 aircraft based in Toronto.
  • Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
  • Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where coworkers can share ideas, improvements and solutions.
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What you bring:


  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Minimum of 2000 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 500 multiengine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred
  • A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
  • Handson experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
  • A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients' needs
  • Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required Previous time on type is preferred
