Position Overview:


As a Direct-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy systems directly to homeowners.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and persuasive sales techniques.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct doortodoor canvassing in designated residential areas to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
  • Engage with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and assess their energy needs and requirements.
  • Present tailored solar proposals to customers, highlighting the cost savings, environmental benefits, and longterm value of our solar products.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner, building trust and rapport throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, lead generation, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build relationships effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and willingness to undergo training to enhance expertise.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or related areas is a plus.
