Description

Realstar Hospitality holds the master franchise rights for the Days Inn, Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands in Canada and is a division of Realstar Group.

The international, privately held Realstar Group was founded 40 years ago and has offices in Toronto, Canada and London, England.

The company is a leader in the ownership and operation of multi-unit residential real estate, sports, entertainment and other community event facilities and hotels in both the limited service and full-service sectors.

Realstar is the master franchisor of Motel 6 and Days Inn lodging facilities in Canada.

To provide operations support to the franchise community and operations corporate support team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide guidance and operations support to the Realstar franchise community
Review Medallia and other internal tools on a regular basis to support the franchise community
Act as principal contact for all incoming guest issues to Realstar Hospitality office
Assist with the coordination of the Quality Assurance program and evaluations
Provide remote training of tools and resources to property management and staff
Oversee the internal hotel employee recognition program
Update Goldmine on a daily basis
Support properties with inquiries and issues and work with internal and external departments to have issues addressed promptly
Meet and manage timelines and goals set by Manager

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Superior organizational skills and the ability to deal with competing priorities
Project management skills
Excellent problem solving ability
Strong verbal and written communication
Self motivated with high level of patience
Hotel hospitality experience preferred but not required
